How often should I wash my Tru Premium Hair Extensions?

We recommend you to co-wash your extension 1-2 times a week, and a full wash every two weeks.

What lengths do we carry?

We offer 12-24 inch online, however additional lengths upon  request.

 

 

What is Raw hair?

Raw hair is 100% unprocessed hair collected from one donor. The hair is directly cut from a donor 

and immediately wrapped into a bundle in order to keep all cuticles intact and in

the same direction.

 

 

How to choose the right color of hair extensions?

All Tru Premium Hair Extension are  natural shades from dark brown to light.  Please note

all extension can be colored.

 

 

Tru Premium Hair return policy or exchange policy?

There are no refunds, we will exchange within 3 Business Days of your purchase, bundle(s) must 

be how you purchased it... NO EXCEPTION!!!!!!
